Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to use the Services.

Guidex Intelligence is an AI automation studio. The Services include our public website, related informational content, and any automation, integration, or software offerings we may provide from time to time.

The specific scope of any engagement we undertake with you will be documented in a separate agreement (e.g., a statement of work, service agreement, or order form). These Terms govern your general access to the Services and are supplemented — but not replaced — by any such separate agreement.

Most of the Services do not require an account. Where account creation is offered or required, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information;
• Keep your credentials confidential;
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach;
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right;
• Transmit malware, attempt to interfere with the Services, or circumvent any security measure;
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect information from the Site without our prior written consent;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization;
• Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair them.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services, without notice, for any user we reasonably believe has violated this section.

The Site and all content within it — including text, graphics, logos, designs, code, and the "Guidex Intelligence" brand — are owned by HouseRush LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal and lawful business purposes. This license does not include any right of resale or commercial redistribution of the Site content.

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you agree that we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

The Services may reference, link to, or integrate with third-party services (for example, hosting, email delivery, or payment providers). We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or content of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HouseRush LLC disclaims all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, and we make no warranty about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will HouseRush LLC, its officers, members, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HouseRush LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12) will continue in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you and HouseRush LLC each consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Services after we post a revised version constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, stop using the Services.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HouseRush LLC regarding your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign or transfer our rights freely.
