Guidex Intelligence is a service operated by HouseRush LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, HouseRush LLC is the data controller and the party responsible for your personal information.

We collect a limited amount of information, as described below.

Information you provide. If you contact us by email or fill out a form on the Site, we collect the information you choose to send us — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

Automatically collected information. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider may log standard request information including your IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages accessed. This information is used for security, performance monitoring, and aggregate analytics.

Cookies. The Site does not currently use tracking cookies, third-party advertising cookies, or cross-site tracking technologies.

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and secure the Site and the Services;
• Respond to inquiries, support requests, and other communications you initiate;
• Understand aggregate usage patterns so we can improve the Site;
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the Site and deliver our Services. These providers receive only the information they need to perform their function:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and content delivery for the Site.
• Google LLC — font delivery for the Site (via the self-hosted Next.js Font system, no requests are sent to Google by your browser).
• Resend — transactional and outbound email delivery for the Services.

We may add or remove service providers from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in this Privacy Policy.

Depending on where you reside, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• Correct — ask us to correct inaccurate information;
• Delete — ask us to delete information we hold about you;
• Opt out — opt out of any marketing communications.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

We retain personal information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Server access logs are retained for up to ninety (90) days.

The Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated policy on this page and, where appropriate, contacting you directly.
